The FTRsteel - Rodultra grinding rods are ultra high quality steel rods that are applied several or unique heat treatments in order to achieve least wear rates and resistance to impact. The FTRsteel experienced process engineers are able to select the correct material/alloy in order to fit your process where the grinding rods are used. Such a correct selection of the alloy/material for rods is resulting in minimum OPEX cost per ton of ground of ore as using the grinding rods.

The FTRsteel - Rodultra grinding rods improve abrasion resistance than any other counterparts, very proper hardness across the section, thus offering the longer life and lesser and homogenious wear along the whole lenght of the rods.

General Specifications :

►Diameters : 40 ≥ 105 mm

►Lengths : 2500 ≥ 6500 mm

►Materials and qualities are as follows;

Rodultra-1 alloy : a hot rolled of high carbon and chromium alloyed steel

Rodultra-2 alloy : approximately 64 HRc surface hardness and it decreases slowly towards to center

Rodultra-(customer-abbreviation) alloy : selected to customer specifications (subject to special process study).
